As part of the CQ Adventure in CT, 33 of us participated in a handmade motif swap and here's a picture of all the booty...
It's fun to see them all together...all different.
There were hand-painted motifs, crocheted motifs and ribbonwork...
Hand-dyed laces and beaded motifs...
Tatting, and embroidery...
Hand-beaded buttons...
And hand-painted buttons...
It was a very talented group of swappers and I'm delighted to have a piece of their handiwork now living in my stash.
Happy Day everyone!

Wow, what a collection. Everybody must have worked really hard putting together 33 motifs and every single one is beautiful.
Hi CA -- not everyone swapped with all 33 people. There were only 7 of us who swapped with everyone. There were others that swapped in groups of 10 or groups of 20.
Wow, such a wonderful assortment of beautiful work.

such a beautiful and eclectic swap, i gasped when i first saw it as i thought the laces were hand made also, but maybe not, they are beautifully dyed tho.
it's all so interesting, wonderfilled work.
Oh my GOODNESS!! Such beautiful creations!! all so lovely- where were your glorious brown Eyed Susan's?????? I do hope that you saved one back for yourself!!!
I do so love Gerri Kreuger's glorious ahnd painted buttons- that is one of her's is it not!!!!
Is this going to become an annual event??????
I would find a picture frame, tack a piece of fabric to the glass area, pin all those treasures on, stretch a piece of saran wrap over the whole shebang and hang it on the wall. [the s.w. is to keep the dust off] Then you can gaze fondly upon them whenever you wish.
What a wonderful idea. so many treasure to remember new and old friends
Oooh, I love little bits like this! I want to touch every single one of them!
