Gratitude

A gift that arrived in my inbox this morning from Robert Genn's Twice Weekly Newsletter...

And one that I re-gift to you this morning.

[Note: Twice a week, I receive Robert Genn's Newsletter...self-decribed as "Robert's world-wide gift that artists love to get"...it's free. And yes, it is a gift. I've learned so much from his wisdom. You can sign up to receive it here. And don't miss the rest of his website, The Painter's Keys. I particularly enjoy his Painterly Post...a daily aggregation of events, publications and web posts that artists and creative people might find useful.]

That was wonderful, so much beauty and lovely, inspiring thoughts, put into words.

I have been thinking about something like the gift for a few days but in a much less proasic way than Robert Genn expresses it in this film.

A family tragedy that saw a 2-year old life suddenly snatched from us this weekend has left me thinking about how we must make the most of every day. We never know what tomorrow will bring.

Thank you for sharing the gift at a time when I most needed it.

Hello sweet Susan!!!

So nice to hear from you. And, yes, it is wonderful to be back in action following such a large dose of academia! I had to learn how to switch back to the artistic side of my brain after graduation this summer!

Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving too!
So looking forward to more catching up with you...

Much love,
Camilla
