We interrupt our Breakfast at Tiffany's coverage to bring you this late breaking news...
After three Summers of working on this shawl, I have finally reached the last color in the spectrum...
I can see the end of the rainbow.
It's just going to take 40 more hours of knitting before I actually reach it.
We'll return to our regularly scheduled programming next post.

Isn't it just wonderful to reach this point on a big project! For me, that's when a project consumes me in the drive to get it completed! Have fun with it!
So pretty!!
Yeah! Looking good, Susan. What yarn did you use? It looks very nice.
ohh that looks so pretty and neat too .. I unfortunately can knit holes in any thing ..lol love mouse xxx
Looks scumptious! What kind of yarn are you using?
The yarn is Tahki Cotton Classics. The original in Vogue magazine was knit in Cashmere. That would have made the shawl $500! I think cotton looks so much nicer, don't you?
Love those colors. It is amazing how many hours go into a project, more than we realize most of the time.
Lovely work as usual. It inspires me to keep working on my crocheted sampler spread.

You may have many more hours to go but think how wonderful it will feel wearing it when it is completed. Lovely yarn and yes much more versitile than chasmere.

So colourful and vibrant - just like you.
Dear Susan, where do you find the time for all these projects? Do you ever sleep?
Piece of cake!! Just don't sleep for 4 days and take your meals with a staw... Let's see...that late Sunday or early Monday... Ger
