  1. Susan, your pages are works of art. Its amazing. You feel you are lagging, but you do not compromise your work ethic at all. The tiny details that you add are what makes your pages so special. "Susan" is just too charming. So whimsical. So well dressed. ~lol~ Her personality shines.

Can't wait to see the Big Picture.

    Happy Weekend.

  2. She is so cute! She reminds me of the paper dolls I had as a child. They had tabbed cloths so you could dress them as you liked. Your fabric version is way better. Look at the wonderful drap and movement in her skirt. And I adore her odd socks :-)

  10. I've finally found a little slice of time to do some blog catch-up and yours is the first one I'm visiting. Read all about Mrs. Delany (with delight!) and the pink flamingo story (excellent!), saw your "sew or die" pumpkin (YES!), and enjoyed the progression of Playing Dress-Up photos. Is this a BJP piece? How did you get the song onto fabric? It's fabulous! Missed you... big hugs, Robin

  13. Very nice and I especially like the socks and the shoes!

My daughter (college) has been deliberately wearing mismatched socks since middle school so I laughed when I saw these! :-)

  14. Awesome!! It reminds me of my paperdoll days as well. My sister Susan was the "tailor". She even made the paperdolls when we needed more "people". And you wouldn't believe the clothes our paperdolls had!! We didn't even use the clothes that came with them because Susan's clothes were so much better! I think she still has those paperdolls...at least that's what I've heard. I hope so because for all of us little girls, they held magic. And still do!

  15. She's a cutie, that's for sure. Did you do those socks for those of us with SSS (second sock syndrome)? Love the shoelaces too.
