I've often been inspired by his thoughts too, but love that you've been able to see beyond art and apply it to life!

Lovely watching your beading evolve on this project!Lisa Bonihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16954398440820019953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24975998.post-51815642663474956452008-09-25T17:44:00.000-05:002008-09-25T17:44:00.000-05:00I am SOOOO impressed!I am SOOOO impressed!Pigtown*Designhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13775512940294150252noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24975998.post-32401138705112962332008-09-25T13:57:00.000-05:002008-09-25T13:57:00.000-05:00looks great!looks great!Vicky aka Stichrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02398784887410187456noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24975998.post-44943426757628246642008-09-25T12:58:00.000-05:002008-09-25T12:58:00.000-05:00This is rather stunning, Susan! String the beads on the thread, carefully lay them where you want them and pull the thread taut. Then push the needle down at the end of the line of beads and bring it up between the beads you have just laid down. Then, gently slip the needle thru the remaining beads and bring it out at the end of the three beads you just laid down. Then you repeat the whole process.

This actually gives a smoother line (IMHO) to the beads in the design. If this doesn't make any sense, I can post about it (since I need to get off my rear and do a post anyway!). You can probably find this technique on beading sites too...Marty52https://www.blogger.com/profile/13237461237107850391noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24975998.post-80542707151178000372008-09-25T10:53:00.000-05:002008-09-25T10:53:00.000-05:00This is stunning, Susan!!! When you finished, I'd love to know how many hours actually went into this one project!Heather J. @ TLC Book Tourshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10474181812740579350noreply@blogger.com
