Happy Birthday Dad!

Today's my Dad's birthday.

And since he lives in Florida and we're all up here in Maryland, we got together to send him a party pic...

I know he's so proud to have us all as his family...

Dad likes to read so I picked up a few books to send as a gift.  And while I was editing our family portrait, I got the idea to whip out a set of bookmarks to go with his new reads...

I just cropped pictures 2"x6" and printed them out on thick cardstock.

A simple gift but one I know will make him smile when he uses them...

I'm making something special today.  If all goes well, I'll share it soon.

Have a great weekend.

  1. He'll love the bookmarks, I m sure! Not least, every bookworm is always short of them, but those beaming faces will bring a smile every time he picks up a book!

Can't do that with a Kindle...
