Second-guessing

Both my brother and sister are going to bike 100 miles in Lake Tahoe next month in order to raise money for the Leukemia Foundation in honor of my Mom. In order to help them, I am making two purses to be raffled off in order to help them raise money. This one is for my sister's raffle.

It turned out cute but sometimes I feel so deflated after I've worked on a project. I wish I had added a few more interesting details; the trouble is, I just didn't have the time.

I also get kind of sad when a project leaves my home after spending time with me. I'm going to make one for my brother's fundraiser as well. I'm going to try to jazz that one up a bit so I don't have this feeling again...Shoulda, woulda, coulda...

Note: My sister just called to say the purse made at least $200 in raffles for her cause! So much for the angst...

well, my husband and i are planning to walk from scotland, where we are now, back home in romania.we want to do this next year in spring when the weather is warm.and with this occasion we can help people less fortunate than us.how can you raise money doing that? who do you need to tell? what do you have to do?
    thank you :)
